How do I return an item?
We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
There is a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned or refused packages.
There is a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost is non-refundable on non-damaged items that are returned up to 14 days from date of purchase on all products.
No Returns or Refunds from 14 days of date of sale.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES:
RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT TIME OF ARRIVAL (up to two days from arrival date).
Refunds and Financial Adjustments:
All FINANCIAL Adjustments including REFUNDS can take up to 30 Business Days for Processing.
Authorized returns must have the above required information. Once processed, e-mail will be sent with details of the transaction.
Orders that are shipped outside the United States might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.
